Taste: A powerful and slightly smoky wine with notes of dry fruits and honey.  The well textured  palate is supported by a fine acidity and flavours of cooked apricots.

Food Match:  This wine can be enjoyed alone or paired with dishes with pronounced flavours (such as veal, kidneys, game, duck, or strong cheeses). For dessert it goes perfectly with a rhubarb pie.
